It launched Project Kiran in 2006, aiming to increase NHPC’s performance, productivity, and profitability through the implementation of an ERP system. The IFS system covers project management, contract management, inventory optimization, energy billing, maintenance and equipment uptime. The dashboard allows management to monitor key performance indicators in real time.
